Accessibility for All
We believe soccer should be accessible to every child, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why we offer free or low-cost participation, opening the door to all members of our community.
Local Talent, Local Games
We commit to local tournaments to minimize travel stress and maximize play, ensuring players spend more time on the ball and less time on the road.
Zero Tolerance for Negativity
We maintain a strict no-negativity policy to ensure a respectful and supportive environment for players, coaches, and families alike. Families who don’t abide by our Solaris Code of Conduct are asked to leave.
Positive Play
We focus on positive reinforcement in coaching, fostering an environment where players learn through guided discovery and personal decision-making. We are building leaders, not just soccer players.
Community First
We prioritize community engagement and local involvement, partnering with local businesses and organizing community events that bring families together.

Pay to Play
High fees and exclusive access limit opportunities for the majority of families in Charlotte. Our funds go toward player development, not expensive overhead.
Extensive travel
Traveling for hours to see your player touch the ball on average of 2 minutes per 90 minute game doesn’t develop players. We prioritize local league play and more convenient tournament play.
Negative Sideline Culture
We don’t tolerate behavior that creates a high-stress environment for players and families. Our club prioritizes respect, support, and positive energy on the sidelines.
Win-at-All-Costs
We believe enjoyment and growth should be emphasized over winning at all costs. Winning can be easy. Winning the right way is harder but more rewarding.
