TRAINING
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Our weekly training schedule aims to balance team play, technical training, and fun. Here’s a typical in-season training schedule:
Monday Team Training
These sessions focus on shape, building out, and attacking in numbers.
Wednesday Technical Training*
These sessions focus on technical soundness, agility, power, speed, finishing, tactical awareness and overall ball mastery. *These sessions may have an additional fee based on sponsorship dollars secured each season.
Friday Open Play
These sessions focus on laid-back fun. Small-sided scrimmages allow kids to explore their creativity and make decisions on the field without constant direction.
TECHNICAL TRAINING
We’re excited to name Bright Star Soccer as our preferred technical training program. Bright Star Soccer shares our commitment to fostering talent, promoting sportsmanship, and providing exceptional opportunities for our players. The objective is to help our players work toward ball mastery. Bright Star Soccer defines ball mastery as a player’s ability to freely and creatively manipulate the ball as he or she pleases to problem-solve during game play.
Bright Star Soccer is led by founder and lead trainer, Bright Eto. Bright was born in Togo (West Africa), where he played professionally as a teenager until his family moved to the United States in 2006. After a successful collegiate soccer career, Bright played professionally with the NPSL side Tobacco Road FC before heading the Netherlands, where he played for Eerste Divisie side O.N.S Sneek and Topklasse side V.V. Staphorst.
