OUR VALUES
Solaris United is dedicated to developing complete soccer players in a safe and supportive environment, who excel in the technical, tactical, physical and psychological areas of the game.
We are guided by five core values:
We provide affordable access to high-quality, competitive soccer.
We foster team cohesion throughout a players’ development so they learn to play as a team as well as an individual.

OUR STAFF
We don’t have volunteer coaches. We have coaches who volunteer.
Our coaches hold many of the same credentials as those at for-profit clubs, and they challenge their players to improve both on and off the pitch.
Every coach is required to hold a SafeSport Certificate and at least a U.S. Soccer Grassroots License, earned through coursework and on-field training. Coaches also stay with their teams as players get older, building continuity and cohesion while avoiding the carousel of frequent coaching changes common at many clubs.

OUR PHILANTHROPY
Solaris United partners with a number of charities and our players and families are expected to contribute their time and treasure to improve our community.
One of our primary partners is Street Soccer 658, which was founded in 2004 at the Urban Ministry Center in Charlotte, NC as the nation’s first year-round, life-skills based soccer program for individuals experiencing homelessness.
